why would they want meters? they are totally untaxed..... with meters they get taxed and would have to raise fares which would be a disaster for the working class.
And remember,t he tax collector is the same person who gets the kickback anyway...... forget moto meters in Thailand, and forget Hailyes (a total failure with less than 500 TOTAL downloads in a year, you can view that in the Play Store... Patrick Smyth is considered an insider by the SEC, he can't be involved in the company the level he is and simply call himself a "corporate adviser"
Also, how does Smyth get apid? In previous filings there is absolutely NO record of a contract with him, stock holdings, etc..... by not having an officer position he can buy and sell stock and never report it..... hummmmm.... interesting.....
