Wow, just saw this. So glad I got out over a week ago. I didn't expect Chap 11 much less so soon. WTF happen to their $81/barrel hedging? I never could understand why the revenue never showed where they were able to take advantage of that. Thank goodness the CEO continued to come across as a big time prick, that was the major reason I got out for good and the fact this never went anywhere for the last 4-6 weeks.
