well if it was forever they would still be in chapt 11
I bought Chemtura when it went BK .04 and took some commons over to the new company at a rate of 56 shares for 1 new share now they are 25 bucks but Chemtura had 2.5bil in debt and 3.5bil in assets they could reorganize- of course we know that is not the case here - anyone thinking the commons or preferreds survive this need to sell their house and load up this big bad beast.
