Based on my analysis and OPINION which I am entitled to. JMO means "just my opinion". When and IF VELA puts out a figure with the current OS we will then know if my opinion was right or wrong.

Velatel is currently putting out NO information, hence the STOP.

That has to change for the pps to rise.
