The filing was from last week and the market has priced in the news and the pps has held strongly since. The A/S gives them a lot more room to raise the O/S but how they go about it will be key. Selling shares can help raise capital and when done properly can be easily absorbed by a strong stock with news.
More or less the market hasn't been sweating the s/s news and based on how it's trading and the potential news coming out of China, I think the added liquidity will be put to good use.
