Unfortunately, if you you look at the update about the ABC, WDHR's assets became AnythingIT's assets. AnythingIT is not a public company.

I believe this is why they chose to go dark at this point. Now there's no requirement(s) to tell share holders of WDHR they own nothing at all.

I would look for the shell to be sold within 2 years.
