Jimmy, valid concerns but I think there is a tremendous amount of contact info on the website. You can sign up for the company newsletter on the Press webpage. You can get telephone, address, email and website info on the Contact webpage for whatever sales region you are in for either HISS directly or Actsoft or CyberKey. The telephone number and adress for the Asheville office is in the footer on every page. On the Partners webpage you can click on many of the links to get to the partners' websites, including Cyber Cynergy, the retail division of HISS. My guess is that offering online sales directly through the HISS website has in the past, just been a bit cumbersome and probably interferes with the focus of the parent company to do the R&D, manufacter, and then develop wholesale and governmental sales contracts. They would probably just pass you of to one of their retail stores or a partner anyway. If you still think they should offer retail online on their website, do as Catty suggested and email Ian Riley. He is probably the most directly responsive of the management team.
