HY, actually it was in the 10-Q, not specifically but that they would dilute us with another 6%, I am pretty sure about that.
Have to admit I had not seen your numbers in the admission document, thanx for sharing. So starting this year Solomon think he is entitled to another ~200K shares, nice for him, would be very interesting to know what he think he has accomplished for this +200K in terms of shareholder value!!??

There is no information in the 10K or 10Q about these shares that are being allocated to management and BOD.
