Deferred salaries show the confidence these guys have...they know they can only do this short term... And it takes employees confident in the direction!
So this goes one of two ways in my opinion...
We hit profitability by EOY and all make huge payday a or they sell out to a producer and we still make bank!
Valuation on an acquisition was set at about 250m a few years back and our infrastructure is more solid today... So we are still looking at 50x+ from where we sit today!
