I have a friend who has been never punctual for any gathering. When he talks about a time in the future, it is a very fuzzy number in his mind. Mr. Larry is sort of like my friend from my impression. ;-)
August 3rd is just his estimate because perhaps he will fly to Dalian on Monday, and by Wednesday he is supposed to sign the agreement with DAK.
So hopefully the PR will be announced on Wednesday, or Thursday, or even on Friday. Dalian is 12 hours earlier than New York.
The PPS has been highly depressed since two months ago. Sooner or later it is going to explode!
