#20072 RE: MoneyForNuthin #19661

MFN, thanks for the perspective regarding the beach front properties of the Baja Mexico deal.

IMO...I checked google earth and Maps and per the Craigslist ad, there are 7 parcels of land that are 50 miles south of El Rosario, Baja, California, Mexico (approximately 300 miles south of San Diego). If the beach front parcels are located there, then they are mostly beach front with cliffs surrounding them. The surrounding cliffs make it difficult to get to the beach front and that's probably the reason why it hasn't been sold or developed by Flavio Contreras (principal Mexican land owner).

But I believe it has great potential for future resort development. Whether ProGreen actually develops it or eventually sells to another developer, I love the fact that ProGreen has a three option on all the land. Which means that ProGreen has control of all the parcels for the next three years, and in the meantime ProGreen can find a developer to sell it to if they so desire.
