I believe the after hours trade you are referring to (4.0105 for 4,324,341 shares) is a late report of a trade occurring some time during the regular trading hours. Those are usually spotted and stand out because they are reported with 4 decimal places.

There was another late report one minute later (4.0104 for 6,900 shares).
