It's just a term in going public. I've heard ceo's use the word going ipo, when in fact technically they weren't. But it's just lingo people use for spin offs, reverse mergers etc. etc...

Now, with the April 15th news we had from Klean, they didn't use the word ipo, but instead used publicly listed.

They are using IPO/RTO as the same since it will be an initial public offering of Klean Industries using ASUV by RM or RTO
