Point is that they HAVE them.....
When Arch coal was going down, the CEO and management held 0 shares...

They 'paid' for those shares by accepting them INSTEAD of salary in cash. It's the same as if they would get 2x salary (still would be underpaid) and then by those shares.
If that's what they did, would it make any difference to you?
