That filing is clearly about CONTINUED EXTRACTION OF VALUE FROM COMMON SHAREHOLDERS, that filing is partially to blame for share price collapse because market doesn't accept narratives sounding in that filing. Again one more mergers through toxic financing and share price will head straight to subpennies. Again, it doesn't matter the direction of the narrative-positive or negative, market is the ultimate judge and market totally rejects what is going on with SUNW. The biggest question now is what kind of value Nelson provides for this company? The answer is obvious, he doesn't provide, he simply extracts. Why doesn't he come and out address the most painful issues, do damage control, speak up. That what a normal CEO would do, well Nelson doesn't have anything and the longer he hides the deep share price is going to plunge. imo
