link please, though I strongly doubt an IPO. If it's a IPO then Klean will not go public via IPO before summer is over. Because IPO takes about a year, plus no time frame has been given and no underwriters. So, no IPO. It's either a DPO (direct public offering) or a reverse merger, but the question should be whether the reverse merger is with ASUV, everything points that ASUV is the most viable option, but the lack of volume is the only flaw that I see with this ticker, but that could change.
