Yes, they cancelled the Toxic S1 registration that was filed June 2015

A positive move towards share restructuring as per my detailed DD stickied.

Remember this is a LOW floater GEM.

My estimate is around 30 mil float.

That's extremely low for a penny with monthly growing revenu...

I would not be surprised to see the company go cash flow positive soon with all the developments it has been tweeting the last 3 months.

INVESTORS here will do well IMO.
