I believe the share price must stay above $4.00 for 30 CONSECUTIVE TRADING DAYS before they can APPLY,(I don't believe they can actually apply yet)they must meet other qualifications as well. Then,I don't believe there is a set waiting period to find out if they have been approved for up listing by NASDAQ.I
