Grant Thorton and ICLD at odds now over previous SEC filings. When companies run into accounting problems I recommend selling ASAP and ask questions later. I posted months ago that things with ICLD weren't adding up. And now we see Grant Thorton agrees with me. Shoot first, ask questions later cuz something is starting to reek really really bad.
