Because people don't read the filings

Only a few2 small timers gave them money

This stock WILL NOT trade again. SEC will not allow IMGG to sell stock to the public to pay for past delinquencies. Upwards of $2 million

IMGG Did not pay court ordered bankruptcy payments

IMGG is in default on loans taken out AFTER the bankruptcy

IMGG has NEVER made a profit on a cash flow basis since the bankruptcy

Any stock sold to the public would be a sure thing 100% loss. SEC aint that dumb


Guaranteed that one of the creditors will file to have this case converted to Chapter 7 for liquidation. There is no salvageable business here for the creditors to get paid. Thats the only thing that matters to the court
