ps just finished reading "When Genius Fails". Second time around after HAVING to read it in college. Its a great reminder of the power of man's hubris and arrogance and also a great read if you are in the industry. So much you can learn from that book even though the authors simply lay out facts. also, it really puts into perspective how miniscule the retail is in most markets. Fascinating
