Scoop and Alydar, please explain to me why some vendors got the "E" shares, and its conversion rights of 14 common per ONE share of "E," and some vendors received common shares only, each at a conversion rate of 25 cents?
Why does one vendor get the preference of receiving, eventually, 14 common shares while another only gets one?
