Good points if the preferred E shares were issued irresponsibly. However they were not and there is roughly 687k issued or 10M converted. That's small change for a company that just defeated JnJ and now has them pinned down in a patent infringement case on the most popular test strip in market. And then's there is teh sales potential of GenUltimate. All in all very reasonable.
