#26250 RE: Kahunasand #26246

On Monday I filed another complaint with the SEC regarding everything you stated, along with the entire circumstances of how the assets of NRTI were stripped and sold to TRTC by Michael James. I also went into detail regarding how Therapeutics Medical LLC was created for the sole purpose of stealing these assets and selling them to TRTC in order to not arouse suspicion from NRTI shareholders.

This entire scheme orchestrated by Michael James needs investigating and I am going to make damn sure it does. This most outrageous act against NRTI shareholders needs to be corrected and the person or persons responsible need to be held responsible.

What I believe is that NRTI's CEO, Michael James, not only committed fraud with the fake Nulief launch, but also stole and sold all of NRTI's assets to TRTC without so much as a word to NRTI shareholders and tried covering it up by creating Therapeutics Medical LLC. to complete the transaction through a backdoor deal w/TRTC. Then during that interview w/Derek Peterson, CEO of TRTC, he also tried to cover it up by saying these NRTI assets were acquired via a financier whom used NRTI's assets as collateral to satisfy a debt, but refused to name the financier. And why would a financier create a whole new entity to complete the transaction? Unless of course the financier was Michael James. I tried everything to find out who created and owns Therapeutics Medical LLC, but was unsuccessful, as it is not in good standing and the owner's name being withheld from the public records. I smell a rat, a very big one, and I plan on doing everything in my power to fight on behalf of all NRTI shareholders to resolve this issue through every legal avenue. I will leave no stone unturned until I get some justice for all us NRTI shareholders. If ever there was a blatant disrespect for shareholders, this is the worse I have ever seen! Justice needs to be served and Michael James needs to face some severe punishment for his role in this matter and us NRTI shareholders should receive some compensation on this matter!

I urge all NRTI shareholders to file a complaint with the SEC regarding this whole issue, even if you previously filed a complaint regarding the Nulief fraud, as I did. This time if the SEC takes no action, I will take further action to demand an investigation into this whole matter.

To Be Continued - Stay Tuned! Cheers!
