Really? Just Details? Nit picking?
You are dead wrong on this...ask any bank/commercial loan specialist as to how they feel about details?
Should we as stakeholders be treated differently? Aren't we simply another form of financing? We make DECN's existence POSSIBLE!
These are cited as red flags by the Commercial Loan industry...at worse too many of them and your folder is closed for further consideration,and at the least,they'll ask you to explain or correct
these "alignment" issues.
It's the shear number of poor marks for details that's potentially troubling. Right?
One or two,one could easily dismiss. But there's a laundry list of 'em. That's always been frustrating to me....and frankly gives me pause.
Now for me,that constitutes FUD!!!!
A highly detailed person makes sure these things are right the first time.
Unless........
But of course,that's why you "finance" via a Public stock,right?
You don't have to answer those questions. Eye is on the prize.
And maybe,in the end,it will be so.
But until then,acting as a normal commercial venture,There's not someone reviewing the folder eyeballing these "nit picking" inconsistencies.
