Guessing that the conference doesn't want to let the cat out of the bag just yet.

The information for the presentation is embargoed until the conference. The conference does this so those in attendance, who pay $$$ for their tickets, get their $$$ worth. The abstract may contain some of this embargoed information and thus it cannot be published before the day of the presentation. Even if they published the abstract now, it would be so General in nature that it would contain no new information.
