Because they could actually make profits after the banking and IRS treatment changes. TRTC will make a profit when the laws change and the first huge hurdle is schedule II status.

It opens up the banking system, removes the threat of being against federal law, allows for Nasdaq uplisting when criteria are met, and let's them use their expenses like a normal business when filing taxes with the IRS.

It also will bring in more investors the minute it is not against federal law.

It would be a short term hype move that would impact the entire sector, not just TRTC.

Don't be fooled though - rescheduling isn't as immediately eminent as some might want you to believe. Late 2017 at best is my guess.

Scheduling will decriminalize MJ. That means more legal research and no more dealing in cash by getting banks on board. The fact is that the DEA and conservative manipulation has cleverly put MJ in stasis for decades now. Why TRTC will rise and shine is not brain surgery...
