Correct! How else is a start up in the MJ business supposed to raise funds to grow?

We should hope the revenue incurred from the selling of shares is greater than the cost of the shares sold. This is what I am banking on.

Where does it say "75 million is needed"???? That is 100% incorrect. DP clearly stated the increase of shares, is not needed per say, but there just in case they want to acquire another dispensary. The NV cultivation centers will not cost that much, certainly nothing even close to 75 Million.

IMO barely any of those shares will even be hitting the market, anytime soon.
