Reduction in expenses probably due to not doing any work. Sadly lots of CD issuances. Hopefully they help to create some good news/ pump or an actual marketable product that brings in revenues.

2 billion more shares then last year. They are issuing stock left and right .They issued stock to go to McDonalds last week.
