Positive News... Loan Restructured to help SD..
Work as usual.. No stop of oil and gas production..
they don't have to stop making money and sell all there assets to pay loans.
The banks agreed to let them keep working and making $$$ instead of foreclosing and shutting SD down.
SOUNDS LIKE GOOD NEWS
If the bank is willing to reorganize the loan it's good news and must see potential in making money.
SD worth 7 Billion only owes 4 Billion ..
That sounds positive
