1. ARSC is still moving toward completion of the testing of the fuel cell for UL certification. This is a positive, and when UL certification comes in, the stock is worth at least another .08 cents. From current levels.
2. The company is looking for energy industry acquisitions. A real LOI announcement for the acquisition of just one company is worth at least another .05 cents to the current share price. If they could get two, double that value.
3. The company is (and I"m doing a little guessing here) still in the process of locating some long term capital for full blown production of the fuel cell. When that happens, and it's announced, it should add at least another .08 to .10 cents to the current share price.
4. The company is probably, as most companies do, developing the marketing and sales strategy for the fuel cell program. When the first sale is announced, that should add another .08 to .10 to the current share price.
Thoughts: If all of the above take place, we could be looking at a share value of somewhere around .40, perhaps better. Hhmmmmm!! Geeezz! That's a 400% gain from today's price. That's right, a four bagger.
Conclusion: Buy more shares ASAP. This stock could be the best performer in your portfolio over the next three to four months.
