I agree, but tweets without any details just before the 10Q is released is suspicious timing, at best.

As I've opined, if the details come out soon and there's definitive proof of a $10 million financing on reasonable terms, then I'll be the next cheerleader (or at least less cautionary in my warnings). ;-);-)
