From what we have heard on this board, Dino has left the building. He was the principal who partnered with bysd and he or they owned all the Bitcoins.
Check BYSD's past filings, they never owned the Bitcoins, they set up the mechanism to market & sell the Bitcoins for a fee/percentage.
