Clearly AZN does not give away cutting edge drugs to just anyone, so they think bavi is worth playing with. Clearly there is no money or substantial financial commitment by AZN to this "partnership". It is priced in now and anon-event util they generate data.
Just because AZ referred to it as a "partnership", doesn't really help with anything. In the real world everyone, really knows it really isn't that type of partnership.
At best it was a "donation" of their excess supply of drugs.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday. I'm quite sure you brought a smile to all knowledgeable posters.

Well I have to admit I was wrong because nothing actionable has come from the Astrazeneca partnership; therefore, there couldn't have been any "donations" from the excess supply of Bavituximab. My bad..
The Astrazeneca Partnership is so reminiscent of the DIOS and STASON partnerships.. wonder how many more years Peregrine will dangle a Partnership that has been ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS so far. Can a Partnership be considered a Partnership if there was never any action? Or if the two parties have dis-engaged?
Another carrot.. Another meaningless partnership... Seems to be the status quo for this Management Team.
