You might be right on the R/S part. Depends on if Vanis wants to play the Big Board card again or avoid the sub penny stigma.

As far as the increase in A/S, that's certainly coming within the next 6 months. Maybe sooner... the PPS is killing any chances of avoiding it.

Yeah if it follows the pattern in the past, next is an increase to the A/S when it starts getting near the limit. Then an R/S would be down the line when it's up to a few billion.
