The first I remember the time line of 18 to 24 was in January 2016.

So we're possibly 13 to 19 months now

Based on my experience, field testing could take 1-2 months. It all depends who does it. If government does it... that's got the benefit of having government believe in the results they generate themselves but could take longer (maybe 6 months), but if done by a private company who is getting paid the big bucks to hammer it out... 1-2 months is easily achievable. Maybe less.

Things are going to heat up really soon. Lock and load folks. They said the technology works and parts were ordered a while ago now... Won't be seeing 30 cents for long.
