Yeah, thanks to Ntephe, ERHC failed to get on the AIM or any other decent exchange and instead he got ERHC demoted to the pink sheets and he caused some brokers to refuse to allow their clients to buy the stock. Another epic failure by Ntephe for a company that had so much going for it when he took over. Yet, astonishingly, some will still say he is doing a great job. False. He isn't.

It's very weird behavior, someone have bought 150,000,000 shares before RS.
You either had some information we didn't, or you still can make money for converting too many shares and I bet you sold lot at higher price.

doesn't matter what sheets it is on a gain is a gain and a loss is a loss for taxes
