Thanks for the info Judy. I lost over $20,000. However, as I think typical, the goverment entities fine the defendant and keep whatever money they can collect. The investors are "hung out to dry."
I remember one investor who invested heavily in EESO to pay for healthcare for his sick child. Then there were the military persons who invested, and, I think honored Jared w some kind of honor. Jared must of engaged in the fraudulant activites during the time he accepted the honor and allowed the one military person to continue to encourage his buddies to invest in EESO-- entirely despicable behaivor-- and apparently not considered serious by the court. Lesson? Shamefully screw the shareholders as you please -- but don't lie to or cheat the government!
