Great technology and products. Reason time concerns me is that IMSC is on capital life support. They have known of the inevitable need to sell for numerous quarters, but can't close a deal. We got bent over with the latest round of new money, still can't close the deal. Getting concerned they haven't overplayed their hand. The way I see it, they are losing leverage. Hope I'm wrong.
