That could be explained under the terms that Delphi was not responsible or would not be responsible for any deficiency to their fc, once it was installed. Being a start up, those are dangerous terms.

I read that in the MOU recently with Delphi. I will try to find it and post it soon.

Aren't they required to file an 8-K for something this important?
