8 billion shares issued. And there was approx.1.8 million dollars of debt according to the 3A10 lawsuit. Most of those conversion shares have yet to hit the market. We will be talking many billions more shares.
So the $50 dollar question is Where did all the money go from the share issuances? Without filings, it's hard to understand .
