What would the benefit of a reverse split be? The major shareholders shares would decrease too. They have announced a deal for 2.5 cents a share, they would have had to of announced their intention of a reverse split before accepted an offer of 2.5 cents a share. There may be many things wrong with this deal but I'm confidebt a RS is not one of them
