I don't know the answers to your questions ;but the deal does present some serious questions as to Fasci's involvement . It has
an appearance of insider smoke and mirrors . Was a loosing
venture purchased at a high value (based on sales) and the debt
cleared for Fasci"s odl holdings-clearing their books at a profit
and then the debt transferred to Phot -in the form of shares
Is Phot making a good acquisition or just a ploy for odl and
Phot to juggle their books at the expense of the stock holders
It may be a good acquisition and process ;but transparency is
unclear ,considering the insiders involved .
