I was simply referring to the initial reaction.

I hope that there is more coming down the pike.

As far as the Mandate,isn't that simply the enforcement of the ruling?
The Bond attached and court costs will then be released to DECN.

I don't see the Bond however as being significant to valuation.

The Proceeds($ and any other provisions) from the NORCAL settlement,if weighty,does have potential impact.
