Maybe it's a Columbia thing, good news lowers the price? Makes zero sense to me....

I bought more today and seems heavy on the offer. Great news great progress and we are going backwards.. Makes no sense.. This is why penny stocks are such a gamble. I think in the long run we will do well... IMHO
