Not positive but pretty sure most if not all of those toxic notes were done way before f500s and EPA award came into play. Definitely before any revenues started coming in. So what choice did they have? Now notes are done and serious revs coming in, hence no more new notes.

Why didn't they already use this type of funding? They've had multiple F500 deals for along time now. By your logic, they should never have needed to dilute. Not much has changed in the last year except for the OS though.

Having a F 500 as a up and coming partner and then actually having the product go into production like the last PR announced is two very different things... Good God... its like saying to the bank...

Hey I want to buy a car and I have 5 job applications out there, so how about you finance me... or you say I am working at Cisco and making 4 million in the next 3 years ( the IF figure, we dont have the PPG one but I am sure its much larger ) can you loan me the money for a car.

Unbelievable no wonder some make money at stocks and some dont.
