Of course they're in the outstanding shares, what would make you believe differently? One glance at the financials will confirm that, it's under ISSUANCE history.

For instance, Ahmad Arfaania & WMV were issued 5.15 Million FREE trading shares.

We all know Arfaania sold SMCE into the ground.... don't know how many shares he has left:
