Followed Brent over here from the CGC board. Looks interesting. This is only a letter of intent between Novo and Peace Naturals... we all know how many deals have fallen through in this space not to mention deals involving Peace Naturals. Looks like everything is riding on what actually happens with them. Personally, I won't believe it until it happens. Saying it will happen means nothing with their track record. Too complicated for me to gamble here atm. GL!

Ya I know about this, but the "partnership" between Peace and Novo is muddy at best.

If this is all part of the plan for Peace to back into MDRM THROUGH Novo than we're going to be making money.

Time will tell I guess.

Novo spent a ton of money to back into MDRM. IMO they wouldn't do this if Peace wasn't in the plan.

Seems to me Peace and Novo flipped the bill for the merger costs.

If novo is the only play here with Peace as a partner this is "to be desired"
