Yeah they always lock out the runners, or what they quote they, consider a iffy trade. That's just one more reason I switched all my trading to TD. I picked up some more .0003 today as well so I'm good.
Ya may have to call them to place a trade but that will cost ya more money.

I'm not for sure on this but one time I was told if that happens it could mean the float is getting locked up. Has anyone ever heard the same?
