No it's not coming and I'll add that I don't think you listened to the phone conference even. We're not going to the Nasdaq yet because the exchange isn't ready. There needs to be proper regulation for banks in place before that and occur among other things Dp touched upon.

There will not be a RS unless MJ becomes legalized in CA and or NV

From what Derek said the move up to a more prestigious Nasdaq Board is out of the question at this time.

He said most all marijuana stocks are not yet ready to make that kind of Move.

I believe this has to do with Marijuana Companies doing Business with U.S. Banks while MJ is a schedule one Drug.

This tells me there will be "NO" Reverse Split in the near Future.
